Update

Thanks to everyone who called with concerns about Alexis. She is much better now. We go back to the doctor the 2oth for a check up on the strept throat and also the 2 year well baby check up. We really like her new doctor. He is great with Alexis. He acted like there werent any other patients waiting. He was really confident with the diagnoses, and just very friendly. The main thing was that Alexis was comfortable with him.

She has really started in her terrible two's. I thought they were bad before, but now oh my. She really pushes the buttons. All i can say, is she acts like she cant hear the word NO. And she likes to be independent now. She has to walk down the steps by herself, she has to feed herself. And before she liked for mommy to sing to her. Well now, she has to sing. We will be in the car and i will start singing and she will say mommy no. SHUSH. It is cute, but heartbreaking. It is like she doesnt need me anymore.

She does still get in the loving moods, where she just wants to lay on me. I love it. She just climbs on my lap, and hugs and kisses me. IT IS GREAT. My baby still does need me.

We are right now trying to get the rest of our vacation underway. We will be traveling to Gatlinburg, TN in August. We are trying to plan exaclty what we want to do. I do know one thing, we are definitely going to the Dixie Stampede. Jimmy and i really think it would be so nice. And of course the aquarium and the zoo for Alexis. She will love it. We are planning just a little get away this weekend to maybe Pittsburgh Zoo or Washington DC zoo. We cant decide. But come Saturday morning, we are getting up early, grabbing the Garmin, and going somewhere...ROAD TRIP...i just cant wait to get a way even if it is for just a day. Today Jimmy took me and ALexis to eat at the Mexican restaurant and then to Target.

WEll as i am setting here writing this, i think i just seen a mouse. I am freaking out and Diesel is going crazy. So Till next time.
