Ok so i didnt get to post for the 14 weeks b/c we have just been so busy. But we are in week 14 with only 26 weeks to go. The 2nd Trimester has started and i have still been so sick lately so i had to go for a check up today b/c of all the meds i have been on. Well when we got there they first checked the babies heartbeat. And of course the baby was in the wrong position so she searched for like 10 minutes and finally there it was. Once we found it, it was so amazing yet so slow compared to what it had been. So at 14 weeks the heart beat is 140. I am so excited. Of course they always say you cant judge the sex of the baby by the heartbeat, but Alexis stayed at around 160. And then most of the time boys heart beats are slower. I just so badly would like to have one of each. I have my precious little girl, and i would love to have a beautiful little boy. But no matter what we have, i just want a healthy baby.
Alexis is doing really good. She has been using the big girl potty. Just one day she decided to start going. And in 5 days she has only had 1 accident. Jimmy and I are so proud of her. She is just doing fantastic with this potty training. At first i thought this would be the hardest of all. The bottle was the easiest thing, then the pacifier was just as easy. So i figured ok the potty training with be horrible. But when people say to let them decide, each child will be ready at different times. And hopefully she has determined it is her time to wear big girl panties, and go to the big girl potty full time. I am so thankful b/c now maybe we will only be changing one set of diapers instead of 2....
We are going to start building on to the house after this weekend. We are going to take 3 feet of the living room and build from there. It is going to look good and be the start to remodeling. I am excited to get that going. I cant wait to get the babies room all done so we can start going through things and taking out what we need and dont need. Of course if it is a girl then i already have everything. And if it is a boy, i have all the big stuff. It is just a matter of getting clothes...I have a few, but of course Jimmy will want the baby PIMPIN..and i do to..So no matter what, we already have a jump start.
This weekend we are all going to snowshoe. Jimmy is going skiing for the first time in 5 years, so that would be a great thing to see. But i am sure not as funny as watching Dana ski...So i hope everyone enjoys there weekend, and i will blog again on Tuesday when we ar 15 weeks.
